As a Security Officer, your main responsibility is to ensure a secure environment within our venues. You will be responsible for monitoring activities, enforcing security protocols, and responding to incidents promptly. Your role contributes to creating a safe and welcoming atmosphere for all stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Company.
Patrol and Surveillance:
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor and enforce security measures.
- Utilize surveillance systems to monitor and identify potential security threats.
- Report any suspicious activities or unauthorized access promptly.
Access Control:
- Implement and adhere to access control procedures to regulate entry and exit points.
- Monitor and control access to restricted areas, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Assist in the issuance and monitoring of access cards and credentials.
Incident Response:
- Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Take appropriate actions to de-escalate situations and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with the Security Supervisor or Manager in handling critical incidents.
Customer Service Focus:
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence to reassure guests and talents.
- Provide assistance and information to guests, addressing security-related inquiries.
- Contribute to creating a positive and secure environment for all stakeholders.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Document all security-related incidents accurately and thoroughly.
- Prepare incident reports for review by higher-level security personnel.
- Collaborate with the Security Supervisor or Manager to provide information for trend analysis.
Training and Compliance:
- Participate in security training programs to stay updated on protocols and procedures.
- Adhere to and enforce security policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to security.
Collaboration with Team:
- Work collaboratively with other security officers to ensure effective coverage.
- Communicate any security concerns or issues to the Security Supervisor or Manager.
- Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment within the security team.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Familiarize yourself with emergency response plans and procedures.
- Act according to established protocols during emergency situations.
- Participate in regular emergency response drills.
Crowd Control (if applicable):
- Assist in managing crowds during busy periods or special events.
- Ensure the orderly flow of guests and address any potential disruptions.
- Work closely with the Security Supervisor or Manager to plan for crowd control.
Shift Responsibilities:
- Adhere to assigned shift schedules and report any deviations promptly.
- Ensure proper handover of duties at the end of each shift to the incoming security staff.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in attendance.
