Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the financial strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of the group.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate and achievable financial targets.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and board of directors.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
• Conduct variance analysis and make recommendations for improvement.
• Identify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Work with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and maintain strong internal controls.
• Develop and implement funding strategies to support growth initiatives, acquisitions, and capital expenditures.
• Lead financial forecasting and modelling efforts to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure operational needs are met efficiently.
