Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established.

Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Have strong leadership.
• Create, implement, monitor, and evaluate work schedules and work plans for security management systems at each venue and/or other locations that are their responsibility on a regular and continuously according to procedures and Project:Black organization target through Group Chief Security.
• Build, develop, and manage standards of work discipline for all security personnel in each venue on continuously.
• Socialize, implement, and ensure all security management systems are running optimally and continuously in all of venues or areas according to the provisions and targets set by the Project Black Organization through the Group Chief Security.
• Ensure the secure condition of Organization (Company) assets in all of venues or locations based on target of the Organization (Company) Policy.
• Create and record all security reports and give regular reports to the Group Chief Security for security conditions in the field.
• Build, develop, and manage a good relationship with all Departments, local Police/ Army, and all stakeholders in charge.
• Assist implementation of HSE (K3) regulations and procedures in the field.

Authorities:

• Lead, control, develop, and manage all security management systems in all venues within its area of responsibility.
• Coordinate and build good working relationships with all stakeholders, especially with local Kelian Banjar.
• Take immediate, responsible action and decision for unsecure or emergency conditions/situations.
