WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established.
Financial Management
- Develop and implement profit-driving strategies, including menu optimization, cost-saving initiatives, and upselling programs to increase overall profitability.
- Monitor financial performance closely, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and implementing targeted initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the creation and execution of promotions and events designed to drive guest engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with the finance department to analyse key financial metrics, including sales, expenses, and profitability, driving sound financial decision-making.
- Implement cost-control measures without compromising service quality, contributing to the overall financial success of the restaurant.
- Optimize menu pricing strategies and explore innovative avenues to drive revenue and maximize profitability.
Brand Alignment
- Ensure that all operational aspects, including service delivery, ambiance, and guest interactions, align with and reinforce our brand values and identity.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in all operational materials, signage, and communication channels.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of our brand in all interactions, both internally with the team and externally with guests.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, setting and maintaining high operational standards that align with our commitment to excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions to enhance overall efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that every facet of our operations reflects the pinnacle of service excellence.
