As the Group Graphic Designer, you will be a key player in translating marketing objectives into visually compelling designs. You will work collaboratively with the marketing team to create graphics that enhance brand presence, engage customers, and support various campaigns and promotions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established.

Visual Brand Identity
  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity for the restaurant group.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements across all marketing materials and venues.
Content Creation
  • Design visually appealing and on-brand content for digital and print platforms, including social media graphics, promotional materials, menus, and signage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Menu Design and Photography
  • Design and update menus for each venue, ensuring clarity, aesthetics, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Work with the culinary team to capture and edit high-quality food and beverage photography for menu use.
Print Collateral
  • Design and produce print collateral, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and promotional materials, for marketing campaigns and events.
  • Liaise with external printers and suppliers to ensure the quality of printed materials.
Digital Assets
  • Create engaging digital assets for online channels, including social media posts, website graphics, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Optimize graphics for various digital platforms and screen sizes.
Event and Promotion Graphics
  • Design graphics for special events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop visuals that resonate with target audiences.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Collaborate with marketing, culinary, and operations teams to understand design requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
Brand Guidelines Compliance
  • Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and standards.
  • Maintain and update brand guidelines as needed.
Design Software Proficiency
  • Stay current with design software and tools, leveraging the latest features and techniques.
  • Train and guide junior designers, if applicable, on design best practices and software usage.
