Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established.

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop comprehensive sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth for Project: Black venues.
• Identify target market segments and key accounts, and create tailored sales approaches to maximize opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and guests’ feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and industry partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.

Event and Promotion Planning:

• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to plan and execute sales-driven events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with Group Operations and Venue Operations Managers to develop attractive packages and offerings that appeal to target guests.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Track sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and analyze trends and variances.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
