responsible for executing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting technical issues, and

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established.
Maintenance Management:
- Execute routine and preventive maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Collaborate with the Engineer Supervisor to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.
- Ensure the proper functioning of essential systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
Safety Compliance:
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards during all maintenance activities.
- Participate in safety training programs and follow established safety protocols.
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the Engineer Supervisor.
Technical Support:
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to equipment and facilities.
- Work collaboratively with the Engineering team to address complex maintenance challenges.
- Follow technical guidelines and standard operating procedures for maintenance tasks.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of completed maintenance tasks.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities to the Engineer Supervisor.
- Contribute to the preparation of routine reports on maintenance activities.
Equipment and Tools Management:
- Properly use and maintain tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks.
- Report any faulty or damaged tools to the Engineer Supervisor for repair or replacement.
- Assist in the organization and inventory management of tools and spare parts.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay informed about new technologies and industry best practices in maintenance.
- Participate in training sessions provided by the Engineering team or external sources.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply new skills to enhance job performance.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve maintenance goals and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with the Engineer Supervisor and other Engineering staff.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment within the Engineering team.
Work Productivity:
- Follow established workflows and procedures to maximize work efficiency.
- Seek opportunities to contribute to process improvements and productivity enhancements.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Safety Inspections:
- Participate in regular safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
- Identify and report any potential safety hazards or non-compliance issues.
- Support safety initiatives to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment.
Emergency Response:
- Be prepared to respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly.
- Follow emergency response protocols and assist in resolving urgent issues.
- Communicate effectively with the Engineer Supervisor and other team members during emergencies.
