WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established.
HRIS Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS across the entire group.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to optimize system functionality and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS usage and troubleshooting.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and implement data analytics strategies to extract meaningful insights from HR data.
- Create and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports to support HR and organizational decision-making.
- Analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR metrics, presenting findings to HR leadership.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with HR teams to streamline workflows and enhance the efficiency of HR processes.
- Implement changes to HRIS workflows and configurations to align with best practices..
Data Privacy and Security:
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement robust data security measures.
- Collaborate with IT and legal teams to conduct regular data privacy audits.
- Educate HR team on data privacy best practices and compliance requirements.
HR Metrics Dashboard Development:
- Design and maintain HR metrics dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key HR performance indicators.
- Customize dashboards to meet the specific reporting needs of different HR functions.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with HRIS vendors to address system issues, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts for HRIS services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in HRIS technology
HR Data Integrity and Auditing:
- Implement data integrity checks and validation processes within the HRIS.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Address discrepancies and work with HR teams to maintain high-quality HR data
Capacity Building:
- Provide training to HR staff on data analytics tools, techniques, and interpretation.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the HR department, encouraging the use of analytics in decision-making.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in HR technology and analytics.
Collaboration with HR Teams:
- Collaborate with various HR functions to understand their data and reporting needs.
- Customize reports and analytics to align with the goals and objectives of different HR teams.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of HRIS data.
Project Management:
- Lead and participate in HRIS implementation and enhancement projects.
