WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Achieve the Monthly & Annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Established

Your primary responsibility is to achieve the monthly and annual KPIs set by the organization.

Legal Compliance and Risk Management
  • Stay abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the restaurant industry.
  • Advise management on legal compliance issues and recommend strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance across all operations.
Contract Management
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, leases, and employment agreements.
  • Ensure that contracts align with the restaurant group's legal and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize contract terms and resolve legal issues.
Intellectual Property Protection
  • Manage and protect the group's intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
  • Conduct intellectual property searches and registrations as necessary.
  • Take legal action to enforce intellectual property rights and address infringement issues.
Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management
  • Handle or oversee the resolution of legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
  • Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary, providing guidance and instructions.
  • Implement strategies to minimize legal exposure and resolve disputes efficiently.
Corporate Governance and Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements and regulations.
  • Manage corporate records, filings, and documentation for all entities within the group.
  • Provide legal advice on corporate structure, governance issues, and board matters.
Regulatory Affairs
  • Monitor changes in regulations affecting the restaurant industry, including food safety, health, and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and permits.
  • Represent the group in regulatory matters and inspections.
Legal Training and Awareness
  • Develop and deliver legal training programs to talents, ensuring awareness of legal requirements and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing legal education to relevant departments on emerging legal issues.
  • Foster a culture of legal compliance and ethical conduct within the organization.
Policy Development and Review
  • Develop, review, and update internal policies and procedures to ensure alignment with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create policies that facilitate legal compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of existing policies.
New Pipelines Compliance
  • Ensure completion of all legalities such as PBG, SLF, Deed, SHA, SHL, and any other related licenses in setting up and opening company structure from start to finish.
  • Monitor the timeline for the legal data requirement completion.
  • Manage risk prevention for the venue, including insurance coverage for the operational stage and related insurance during the project if needed.
