WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established.
Content Strategy & Development:
- Develop and implement TikTok content strategies to boost brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage on-brand video content that resonates with our target audience.
Community Engagement & Management:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the brand’s TikTok account, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and community engagement.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze TikTok performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the TikTok space.
- Provide insights and reports on TikTok performance to the management team.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the creative team to produce visually appealing TikTok videos.
- Coordinate TikTok ad campaigns to enhance brand visibility and performance.
- Collaborate with other marketing channels to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Content Calendar Management
- Maintain a TikTok content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic posting of content.
- Manage multiple brands under the restaurant group, adapting content strategies to each brand's unique identity.
