WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Responsibilities:

1. Develop Digital Strategies: Craft and execute innovative and data-driven digital marketing plans for all nine brands that align with the overall business objectives and brand vision.

2. Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels, ensuring strategic engagement and brand messaging in collaboration with our Social Media Managers to enhance brand presence and audience interaction.

3. Content Creation: Coordinate the production and distribution of compelling and brand-aligned content across websites, blogs, and social media platforms to boost audience engagement and brand loyalty.

4. SEO & SEM Optimization: Implement advanced SEO strategies and manage high performing SEM campaigns to boost online visibility and traffic while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals.

5. Email Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute personalized and data-driven targeted email campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales while enhancing customer journey experiences.

6. E-commerce Management: Oversee the online merchandise sales platform, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and conversion-optimized customer experience and maximizing sales through continuous A/B testing and optimization.

7. Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain all brand websites, ensuring they are optimized for performance, user-friendly, and up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies.

8. Website Development Management: Oversee and coordinate website development projects, ensuring timely delivery, optimal functionality, and adherence to brand guidelines and digital best practices.

9. Data Analytics: Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to make insightful, data-driven decisions and optimize campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.

10. Loyalty Program Management: Develop and manage digital loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and increase lifetime value by creating compelling rewards and experiences that foster customer loyalty, specifically targeting the Black Card Programming.

11. Collaboration with Creative Teams: Partner with creative teams to ensure digital content is aligned with brand aesthetics and objectives and effectively reaches target markets, driving engagement and conversions.

12. Online Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor high-impact online ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and social media that are strategically targeted to maximize reach and effectiveness.

13. Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital marketing efforts maintain brand consistency across platforms while creating high-impact engagement that converts into sales/bookings.

14. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through digital channels, responding to feedback and fostering long-term, positive relationships that enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.

15. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies, incorporating new strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry and competitive in the market.

16. Budget Management: Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient and strategic allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

17. Performance Reporting: Regularly report on digital marketing performance to senior management, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.


KPIs:

1. Website Traffic Growth: Aim for a minimum 25% increase in monthly website visits over the previous period without dropping CTR.

2. Social Media Engagement: Target a 20% monthly increase in likes, comments, shares, and followers across platforms.

3. Conversion Rate: Strive for a 1-3% conversion rate of website visitors making a purchase or completing a desired action each quarter.

4. Email Campaign Performance: Achieve at least a 30% open rate and a 15% click through rate for email campaigns, with a 10% increase in conversion rates.

5. Customer Retention Rate: Increase the retention rate of customers through the loyalty program by 15% annually.
