As the Group Senior Sales Manager at Project: Black, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth across all venues within the group. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives, and building strong relationships with clients

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across all venues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for sales expansion.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, including corporate accounts, event planners, and industry partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
Event and Promotion Planning:
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to plan and execute sales-driven events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with Group Operations and Venue Operations Managers to develop attractive packages and offerings that appeal to target guests.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and analyze trends and variances.
- Prepare weekly sales reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
