about the role:
The HR Admin is responsible is to maintain and update employee records, as well as manage various HR documents and internal databases, such as holidays and leave. The HR Admin acts as the first point of call to employees and external partners for all HR-related queries. As a priority, HR admin will handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork, and induction documents.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Achieve the monthly and annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established.
HR Administration:
- Organize and maintain (fill) staff member records.
- Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate, and compliant with legislation.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, such as the HR system (input data for new members, upload attendance records, and calculate employee attendance).
- Be actively involved in the employee induction process.
- Be actively involved in issuing relevant correspondence (employee certificate, and other correspondence).
- Be actively involved in employee benefits, such as BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan (distribute BPJS cards to registered members).
- Be actively involved in maintaining uniform staff (uniform labeling, storing, and distribution).
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees (checking, storing, and distributing medicine and or supplements for employees).
- Be actively involved in maintaining staff room cleanliness.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
